Here in extremely rare Jackson Dinky. Made in 1988. I believe the official name for this finish is "chiseled rock granite". The only one I have ever seen. Sounds and plays great....super straight fast neck as you might expect from a USA Jackson. Cosmetically this guitar is actually quite clsoe to mint. I can't find any real dings or scratches. The frets look fantastic (see pics). The only things of note are that the pickup ring is beginning to crack and the back of the neck shows some staining...I believe this guitar was played carefully but put away wet when it was.

While this guitar has a San Dimas neckplate it was almost certainly made in Ontario California with some leftover San Dimas parts.

I have posted pictures of pretty much everything so potential bidders can judge originality and condition for themselves.

We include a great many pictures in our listings so the buyer can see EXACTLY what they are getting. Our guitars are as described so please look carefully at the pictures. Often something that looks like a flaw is dust or a reflection. Also keep in mind that close up pictures can make a tiny flaw look much worse and even completely normal things look strange. When was the last time you stared at a guitar from 3 inches away? All used guitars will look worse with close up pictures. Our new guitars are indeed new so if you see something strange it is almost certainly not really there. If you have questions ask. These guitars pretty much always look MUCH better in real life!!! We recommend hitting the F11 button before viewing the pictures for full resolution.

IMPORTANT NOTES

SHIPPING: Shipping cost is $95 to just about anywhere by EMS JapanPost(if you are in South America or Africa please contact for a qoute as rates are more expensive). This is the only method we use. You don't need to worry about shipping from Japan!!! It is very, very safe and fast. See our feedbacks!! Often, to the USA, they are door to door in 72 hours! See our "me" page for PROOF!!! Also, we have NEVER had shipping damage on a guitar that was not in case!! Folks!! We firmly believe that EMS JapanPost is much safer and faster than UPS or FedEx ground. Less time in transit means less chance of damage! We now double box all of our guitars so the box is pretty much strong enough to sit on from any angle. Caseless guitars might actually be safer than a guitar in a case because there is more room for padding and the added mass of a case often does more damage than it prevents!!KEEP IN MIND.... While your cost is $95.... our ACTUAL COST is an average of $175 per guitar!!! We take packing very seriously and I estimate chances of loss or serious damage at less than 1 in 1000.Tracking information will be sent by ebay messages within 12 hours of shipping. CUSTOMS FEES: Some countries have import duties. We are not responsible for these and generally do not know specifics for your country. There are usually no customs fees on my items entering the USA (fully insured through EMS JapanPost).Sometimes there are, but the vast majority of the time there is not. If you do get charged it is your responsibility, not ours. We have no control over customs!!!

Return Policy: You can return a guitar for any reason within 72 hours of delivery (3 business days). There is a 10% fee on returns so your refund will be 90% of the purchase price. No exceptions. No refunds on shipping costs. Returns must be by airmail and guitar must be in the same condition as it was in when it left us.

INSURANCE: We offer two types of insurance on this item: carrier insurance and private insurance.

If you do not arrange for one or the other your guitar will ship uninsured!!!!

Damage or loss is EXTREMELY rare but we will NOT be able to help you unless you have exercised your insurance options!! We are not responsible in any shape or form for uninsured guitars!!

Carrier Insurance: Insurance through JapanPost (carrier insurance) is free but you must request it. It is free but many people do not want it and they have very good reasons for not wanting it. If you want insurance through JapanPost it is a good idea to let us know as soon as possible and notify us when you pay. In the very unlikley event of a damage claim, it will be handeld by the buyer thru their local delivery service. In case of loss it is handeled by us. That is just how JapanPost works.

Private Insurance: The other option is Private Insurance. That means that in case of damage or loss we reimburse you. This is completely independent of the carrier (as far as paperwork etc goes). That means that in case of damage or loss we pay you back for the guitar or repairs. In the case of serious or unusual damage we will pay you back for the guitar when it is returned to us. Insurance for up to purchase price only. You will have 24 hours from delivery to report damage (save any and all packing materials and take plenty of good pictures). Report damage immediately to the carrier for verification purposes. In the case of loss we pay for the guitar when the carrier officially declares it as lost. It takes Japanpost a very long time to declare a package as lost! “Lost” means no one knows where the guitar is or that it was utterly destroyed!!

If you want private insurance PayPal 3% of the total amount of insurance desired to meestursparkleinsurance@hotmail.com . Do NOT include this with your guitar payment!!! It MUST be to meestursparkleinsurance@hotmail.com. Mark it as a "service". Make sure and include the eBay item number. To avoid any confusion you must pay for insurance immediately after you pay for the guitar. Sorry, we can not help you with the math. Multiply desired amountby .03 . Can not be over purchase price as we do not insure shipping costs. Please never try to pay for your guitar to the insurance address..... only pay for guitars through eBay!!! We use several different accounts and paying to the wrong one can cause some serious problems due to limits etc.

We personally never insure when we send guitars to family and friends as I have a great deal of faith in the system BUT Sh@@@T can happen so it is up to you, the buyer!!! BTW We now double box all of our guitars unless they are just plain huge.
