Vintage Joan Ware cup and saucer duo (it's a copy of the Royal Doulton design).

Features a violets design, gilt rim on cup and saucer, gilt on cup handle and embossed design on exterior top edge of cup.

The cup and saucer have minor wear to the design and gilt and the saucer has fine scratches. The cup has a small surface chip near the cup base (see close up photo). Both pieces are clean, shiny and there is no crazing.

On base: Joan Ware 

Cup stands 6cm high and saucer is 13.5cm diameter.
