Issues? NO Refunds given if the item is listed "AS IS" or violates PayPal® refund policy. Items returned are expected to be in the same condition as sent. We may require a photograph of the damaged item and its packaging before assessing a return or refund. Our security tag and/or invisible mark(s) must remain intact to receive a refund.

Please report problems courteously, we will do what we can to resolve your dissatisfaction, as long as you did your part and read our policies and paid for your purchase in a reasonably prompt manner. We are reasonable and very understanding folks, so, if there is a problem, be it ever so slight, please, contact us before it becomes ever so big!

Packaging? We are buyers also, and we know first hand, through good and bad experiences that we've had, how items should be packaged. We pack to the extreme to insure that you will receive your item safely. We make sure there is no movement of items inside the package which is one of the major cause of breakage during shipping. *Some items (glass, porcelain etc,) shipped to cold climates may require an acclimation time in your house before opening. Often the quick change in climate may cause cracking or breakage and we or the carriers insurance will not cover this. We know your anxious, but give your new addition a couple of hours to get use to its new home before opening, if you live in this type of climate.  

Payment? We expect a courtesy contact from you, as soon as possible, if there are unforeseen delays in payment. Life has a way of surprising you sometimes, so please, notify us with an explanation and we will work with you. Otherwise payment is due upon winning the auction. We prefer Pay Pal or Credit Cards through Pay Pal. If payment or notification of delay of payment is not received within one week then a non paying buyer alert is filed through eBay and the item may be relisted.

Shipping? Items are shipped within 5 business days of payment. More often than not, if payment is received before 9:00AM EST then your item will be mailed the following day. If unforeseen shipping delays occur you will be notified of this delay, with our apologies.

We ship everything USPS. We may add a small Handling Fee to cover the cost of shipping supplies. This fee is small in comparison to the actual cost of these supplies. Notification of tracking will be through PayPal. We will certainly give you a "Heads Up" email when we are ready to ship your item. You can check the delivery status of your package through Pay Pal or through the USPS by using the delivery confirmation number. If you need assistance or feel there has been enough time to receive your item and you haven't received it, please, notify us and we will assist you. Remember, however, that we will be using Parcel Post the majority of the time and weather and Holidays may cause delays of up to two weeks.

International Shipping? We love our international friends and will ship internationally by Pay Pal Payments Only. Please expect delays in delivery for international orders and for goodness sakes be patient with us as we try to sort through all the international shipping regulations to find you the best shipping cost. Please contact us for a shipping estimate prior to bidding and be aware that the final shipping cost may change due to international shipping regulations. We will notify you of these changes prior to shipping. Also, include your telephone number with your "ship to" information. This is required in our postage program and it will not be used for any other purpose than shipping.

Multiple Buys? We are delighted to combine shipping on multiple purchases to save on postage, so always, request a combination discounted shipping invoice on multiple buys, please. We will add $2.69 more for each additional item that can fit safely in the boxed item with the Highest Shipping Cost. Some items cannot be combined together for shipping, because of safety or mailing rate issues (i.e.; media rates). In this case, it will be noted in the item’s shipping cost section. (Please be understanding and give us additional time to pack weigh and finalize the shipping total in multiple buys where flat rate boxes do not apply. We want to give you the best possible price without having to deal with shipping refunds or asking for additional shipment fees.

We use this grading system to help us, and you, evaluate the condition of the item being sold. This system is of our own design and is not associated with any professional rating or grading system. We may occasionally unintentionally make mistakes and miss small condition problems, however, any defects we do find will be described, as accurately as possible, in the description section. A+: Item is New or Used in excellent or mint condition with no visible defects.

A: Item is New or Used with slight surface or storage markings. No visible defects or age characteristics that do not detract from the items intended use or value as in the case of antiques, rare or unique vintage items.

B: Item that has been used but shows little wear, has possibly one or two small defects that do not detract from the aesthetics or function of the item.

C: Item is Functional and Presentable, perhaps a repaired crack, some chips, dings that are not visible until close inspection or visible but not offensive.

D: Possibly presentable, inexpertly repaired, poor condition, possibly non functional. Desirable for parts or for a unique application.

AS IS: The condition problems will be listed although other defects or missing parts /pieces may not be detected by us but have not intentionally been omitted. Items may not have been inspected due to inadequate knowledge of the item or limited time allowances. No refunds on AS IS items. Please contact us prior to bid with condition questions that are not listed and we will try to answer the best we can.
