marked on bottom.  date pretty much unable to read because of thickness of glaze over it. 

one side says soup... with hand-painted vegetables.  the other side says beans with hand-painted beans ingredients...

puffy saltine kind of finial done in mottled yellow and pale orange.  great graduated mauve colors.  has recess in lid for soup ladle.

crackling/crackelure all over body and top.  inside too.

one chip repair on outside of lid... measures about 3/4 inch by 1/4 inch... elongated... with little bit missing at bottom of area.  should be visible on the soup side to the left... if not, please let me know and i'll post another photo.  one area of rub on underside rim of lid.... on that part that sticks out (to help position the lid).  small green x on underside of pot... looks to be original to manufacture.

overall with lid on, measures about 9 inches tall and about 10 inches wide including handles/at widest points.

comes with vintage flintwood melmac soup ladle. orange speckled with hints of sort of gold.  light signs of wear along rim edge of ladle.
