Vintage "Madison" Bike - Retro Road Bicycle - RED

This 10 speed  "Madison  SR10" Road bike is in overall fair condition for age. The frame is straight and sturdy, with some rust and pitting to wheel rims, handlebars etc. The duco is a dark red and is in fair condition for age, with scuff/rub marks and some paint chips in places. The bike has a ten speed, Suntour Honor "Spirit" gearing system and derailleur, as well as front and rear "Dia Compe" handbrakes and "Sugino" crank. High gear requires fine adjustment. The "Madison" decals are in fair to good condition for age. Other accessories include metal pedals, black handle bar tape,  rear reflector, aluminium mudgards and a kick stand. The bike measurements are 23 inches from the bottom bracket (crank) to the top of the seat tube. The wheels are 27 inches and the tyres are in fair to good condition and are pumped and holding. The bike seat is in fair to good condition for age with some nicks, scuffs, rub marks and minor tears. This 70's retro bike is in overall good condition for its age, it rides well, and its main attraction is its dark red colouring and retro presentation.
