Since the last increase at the Post Office it is getting harder to send larger items by International Signed For and Airsure. We will therefore only send items using these services that will fit into a box not larger than 40cm x 24cm x 26cm = 900mm. (outside measurements). Other smaller items can be sent by airmail. Any large items or consignment of items will need to be double boxed to provide strength and protect against breakage and will have to be sent out by parcel2go.com. All items sent via parcel2go will incur an additional fee of £25.00 for insurance.

The Post Office is on longer insuring breakable items. We now cover all these items on our private business insurance. With this service we are able to provide our customers with the knowledge that in the event of good becoming damaged there is a better chance of getting back the purchase cost (less postage and shipping costs). This insurance costs £25.00 on top of postage and shipping costs. If you prefer to take your chances I will post uninsured items at your risk

The insured items will be packed in one box and then placed inside a second box. These boxes usually end up around twice the size as the inner box, Approx 45cm x 32cm x 35cm. These boxes will have to be quoted for at the time of purchase, and cannot be insured through parcel2go. Delivery can be overnight within the UK and usually 7-10 days for international delivery. • If the goods arrive damaged and you have paid for goods to be sent insured please contact me immediately you receive the delivery. If you have to sign for receipt of the goods make sure you make a note on the document that you sign stating the condition as received. I will make a claim (or help you claim) under the carriers’ terms and conditions of service. If the goods are not sent by an insured service any loss or damage in transit is at your own risk.
• If the goods are the wrong item (i.e.: not what you bid on and won) contact me immediately (and within five days of receipt) to arrange to return them and to receive the correct item.
• If the goods are the correct item but not what you expected (e.g.: condition, colour, etc) or are not suitable the item cannot be accepted for return. You are responsible for making sure you are happy with the style, type, condition, etc., of items before bidding.
• If the goods are faulty (where the fault is not previously disclosed) they will be accepted for return and refund of purchase price (excluding postage and packing) if notified within five days of receipt. Return postage (must be insured) is at buyers own expense.
• Goods must not be returned for refund without first making contact by telephone or email, and receiving confirmation by email.
• Refunds where appropriate will usually be made by the same method as the original payment was made.
• All returns must be sent back in their original packaging materials and there should be no breakages on arrival to receive your refund.
