Vintage Organza Baby Dress With Hand Crocheted Trim











This is a sweet little infant dress made from white organza. It has a hand crocheted trim around the neckline and the cuffs. It has delicate feather stitch hand embroidery all along the hemline; it runs completely around the dress. It is simple in its design but the hand work sets it off as something that was made by hand for a special baby. The back has a two button closure. The buttons are still there. This does have a few condition issues. It has been mended in one small spot on the front and there are a few small holes which is normal for this material. It measures 22 1/2" from cuff to cuff. The front length is 19". I saw only one pin point sized yellow spot at a side seam. There are no other stains. It is darling and very old. It comes to you from a non-smoking home.
