Vintage pair of fine cut glass napkin or serviette rings.
 
Fine delicately cut pattern around the outside and contained in the box as seen above, I don't know if this is original or not but they do seem to fit it very well.
 
They measure 1¾ inches wide and 2 inches diameter.
 
In excellent condition, no cracks, chips etc. They look as if they have never been used.
