Postage: We only post once per week being a Wednesday or Thursday (therefore it will take up to 7 working days once item has been posted) When items state Pick up Only and you are the winning bidder, please email us and we will happily provide address and contact details. If you wish to have the item delivered, as the winning bidder we rest the responsibility in your hands to arrange the courier/delivery driver. Pick up can only be carried out between Monday - Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, however if this does not prove suitable, please send us a message and we will aim to come up with a solution. Returns/Refunds: Approved returns will be subject to inspection on arrival, Items must be returned in original condition and if applicable, with all original accessories. All postage costs are non refundable unless the item you purchased was incorrectly described or not the correct product. If the item purchased is not available the customer has the option of a full refund (excluding postage costs). bigheartenterprise will endeavour to process all returns & refunds within 7 working days Payment: PayPal, Direct Deposit, Payment on Pick-Up are the only Payment methods accepted.
