This is a very well made vintage straw cloche hat. The trim is cobalt blue pvc with red stitching and is finished in a tidy bow. Features striking red and blue stitching with concave moulding. Excellent vintage condition, probably 1960's. Would fit small size up to 19". Thanks for stopping by and hope you enjoy browsing :)
