Vintage Toddler Girls Dress With Sash Pink Floral

This is a vintage toddler girls dress done in a pink floral motif against a pink background. The dress has a wide sash, short puffy sleeves, a net underlining and a Peter Pan collar. I don't know the fiber content, but the fabric is slippery. There is no size tag, but the measurements are: chest 21", waist 24", shoulder to hem 16". This is in used condition -- there is a small dark stain on the front of the skirt and a faint stain on the collar -- these are visible in the picture. The top button is broken in half.
