I think this meets all the requirements for chic on a shabby budget! It's old, and features olde-worlde ladies in long dresses, a romantic setting; the frame is moulded timber and overall, it's in good condition.

The ladies have gorgeous dresses on. It's possible that they have crinolines under their skirts.

The frame has been repainted and looks a bit shabby but is structurally sound. There's no movement at the corners and that's always a good sign.

The back of the picture no longer has its cover of brown paper and two nails are missing. However, it's all neat and clean and dry.

The picture measures 6.5 inches by 9.5 inches and would look charming in any vintage or shabby but chic decor!
