A: you can use the credit on any virgin blue, polynesian blue and maybe pacific blue flight/s. you can book for any time so long as the flight is before july 2010 (and there are seats available) regards

A: no fee for tranferring name. you do have to use the credit by using the telephone rather than internet however, and there is a $15 surcharge for using the phone. regards
