Viscount Ambassador Caravan

This is an older but good Viscount Ambassador 18ft, rear to towball coupling, Caravan,  The 50mm Coupling and the Jockey wheel have been replaced with new ones. The frame (Studs), Walls, Ceiling and Wardrobe (not shown) have been completely renewed. The cupboards have been refurbished. The Gas has been removed and a Microwave and 240v fridge installed. It has a water tank under the floor which has a fill hose connected but is not connected to a pump. Main water inlet is provided to the sink.

The chassis has surface rust only and to the best of my knowledge is completely sound. The van has a full aluminium skin and there are NO leaks. There are a couple of dents, and one small tear which has been patched and siliconed from the inside.

All widows work and there is at least one arm on each. The central hatch is a push up type and works fine. There are two interior 12/240v lights but no external 12/240v light. All exterior lights, Indicators, Brake, Rear and Clearance lights have been replaced and are working. Two extra Clearance lights have been fitted to the left and right rear sides. The 12volt cable feed for connection to a vehicle has been renewed and is fitted with a 7pin Large Round plug. (You may need an adaptor)

The wheels are 13inch, and the tyres are reasonable. I'm sorry but there is no spare.

The rear legs are well greased and work well.

The van tows like a dream.
