- Parts: If the
product is determined to have a
manufacturing defect, within a period of one
(1) year from the date of original purchase,
the manufacture will repair or replace the
product parts at no charge to you in the
U.S.A. and Canada. After the first 90 days
of the original purchase, the labor charge
for servicing your products will be at your
expense.
- Labor:
Additionally, within a period of 90 days
from the date of original purchase, we at
our own discretion, will service your
products by repair or replacement at no
charge to you in the U.S.A. and Canada.
After 90 days, all labor charges will be at
your expense.

Warranty
is available and optional, you can purchase
up to 3 years warranty from square trade.

Defective or Parts-Missing Items:
Defective returns will be accepted for
exchange or refund at our discretion within
7 days of the date received. An RMA number
will be issued by phone or e-mail. Customers
are responsible for shipping cost on all
returns, we will pay for the shipping
back to customers. No exchange or refund
will be issued after 14 days of the invoice
date. The terms of the manufacturer's
warranty apply after 14 days. Please contact
the manufacturer directly.

Non-Defective Items: You may return the
item within 14 days of the invoice date. You
must contact us for an RMA number, please
include reasons for return. Customers are
responsible for shipping cost upon returning
items. All returned products must come back in
their original condition, boxes or packages
with all
materials it came with.

Refund: We will promptly issue a
refund
minus S/H cost & 15% restocking fee when customers return for any reason other
than item defective on arrival. Please let
us know and obtain an RMA number before you return the item. Please
note the merchandise has to be in its
original condition and package. Shipping,
handling cost and insurance are not refundable.
