Vogue Vintage ladies classic dresses

This is a beautiful classic dress pattern from the 1960's and I can remember wearing a couple of these.  My mother was a dressmaker and we never had bought clothes.  We did all sew ourselves and it was lovely pouring through the patterns in the shop. Late night shopping used to be on a Friday night and we would meet up because you always needed someone else's opinion.  I am trying to think of the shop it was on a corner in Whangarei (New Zealand) and there is no memory of the name now.  I recently visited Whangarei and it is so lovely now with the wharf area being a real tourist spot.  We looked over at our house we spent many years in, oh it was lovely memories.

• Vintage "Vogue" 6773, size 16  Bust 36  Hip  38.  This pattern costed 7/- or 70 cents in its day.
• Two piece dress with different versions.
