Payment

Your payment must be paid within 5 days of the auction close, so that you can get your item as soon as possible. Shipping

Because I know that you'd love to receive your items ASAP, I'll always have your items posted within 1 business day of receiving your payment. The shipping is calculated on the weight and size of the item and includes packing, handling and any packing materials required such as bubble wrap, bags and paper. I pack all my items carefully to ensure that they arrive at your door in pristine condition, however, it's very important that you insure and/or register more fragile or expensive items. In the unlikely event that something happened in the post, it would be very upsetting and disappointing to receive a longed for item only to find it's been broken or damaged. So please, if you're concerned at all choose the registered post option or ask me to quote for insurance costs. I'm more than happy to assist with any claims for registered items through Australia Post if you need me to, however unfortunately I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged once they leave my hands.
