Item is new, and located in Australia.  I have taken it out of its packaging once to check that it works before listing.

Will be posting by express post upon receipt of payment, to Australian destinations only. Pickup available in Tamworth NSW

I have relisted this due to a non paying buyer.  If you don't know what it is, ask or research before bidding/buying (it's a good quality headphone amp).  Short listing, and I will not be listing again.
