'WOMAN'S DAY 1949 KNITTING ANNUAL' ~ Loads of Fabulous Items to Knit for the Whole Family! Ski Wear, Suits, Sweaters and More!

Up for bids is 'Woman's Day 1949 Knitting Annual'. This is a fabulous collection of vintage designs to knit for the entire family! This was Woman's Day second Knitting Annual. It contains wonderful patterns including sweet baby items; lovely women's hats, tops, sweaters, suits, a pretty bed-jacket, gloves, socks and so many more beautiful items to create! 72 items in all! Lots of time to knit some up for the special ones on your gift list or a wonderful addition to your knitting library!

This soft-cover, 65 page knitting pattern magazine is in very good, vintage, pre-owned condition. It has some minor cover scuffing and spine wear. Lower corner of front cover is slightly bent. Pgs. 31/32 and 33/34 have come loose from the staple (center pages) but are with the magazine. All pages are clean and clear. Overall very good condition.

I am always happy to combine shipping when you are bidding on more than one of my auctions. Just drop me a line and let me know and I'll put your items aside for up to 10 days while you finish your shopping! Shipping cost is based upon the total combined weight of your package. I always get the best possible price for you (some items, particularly combined purchases or heavier books such as hard-covers, etc.,) can be shipped a little cheaper by Expedited Parcel (takes a bit longer) to the U.S. and within Canada. This method of shipping includes a tracking number. Please feel free to email and I will give you a shipping quote. (For residents of Ontario and Quebec, you may also have it shipped in pre-paid envelopes; great savings!)

I always try to keep my shipping rates at or slightly below the Canada Post shipping rates to help keep postage costs as reasonable as possible. Plus I never charge for handling and packaging!

Shipping is by Canada Post Air Mail and I ship items each week on Tuesdays and Fridays (except Holidays) and more often as time permits. All items (except sewing patterns which are wrapped in plastic and shipped in brown paper envelopes to help keep final weight reasonable) are carefully packaged in bubble envelopes to help ensure they are delivered to you in excellent condition. If you would like to have your sewing pattern shipped in a bubble envelope, just drop me a note at the end of the auction to let me know!

For shipments over 500 g within Canada, (items up to 500 g are considered lettermail or oversized) rates are determined by the destination postal code. Items over 500 g are considered parcels and may be shipped various ways; X-Press Post, Expedited Parcel, Regular Parcel or Priority Courier within Canada. For residents of Ontario and Quebec (when making a combination purchase or purchasing heavier items, such as hard-cover books, etc.) Canada Post offers pre-paid envelopes, which are the fastest and cheapest method.

Items may be shipped Lettermail, Small Packet or Light Packet to the U.S. Items over 500 g are considered parcels and can be shipped Expedited Parcel (includes tracking number); rates are determined by the destination zip code.

Shipping is by Air Mail only to all International destinations.
