Payment

• Payments are due NO later than 7 days from auction close (no exceptions) so if you can't pay within 7 days, please don't bid
• If payment is not received, the unpaid bidder process will be initiated without exception and the buyer will be blocked from future auctions
• If there are special or unusual cirumstances that prevent you from completing the transaction within the 7 day period, just tell us...we're easy to work with
• As a courtesy, if you Buy It Now, please Pay It Now (within 3 days)

Shipping

• We ship priority mail within the U.S. for $5.50 and up and first class mail for $3.00 and up
• We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases 
• We ship internationally and will provide final shipping charges and options at the close of the auction.  We do ship First Class Mail and offer Priority Mail service as well. 
• Our DSR's are critical for us so we ask that you rate us fairly on our shipping practices.  It is never our practice to gouge buyers on shipping

Terms of Sale

• We strive to accurately describe each item, including condition, flaws, measurements and any other details we may know.  We also provide numerous photos to accurately represent the item.  We are NOT professional photographers but we try hard to capture the essence and beauty of each and every item
• We are human and occasionally may miss a small detail unintentionally (a loose seam, a tiny spot or other small flaw)  
• Keep in mind that vintage clothing, unless it is unused store stock, has generally been loved and worn in another life, thus it is often not perfect just by its very nature.  We strive for our buyers to indicate that the item is "better than described" because we work hard to build our reputation for honesty and integrity, not falsly making an item seem perfect when it isn't
• We wash and iron many of the garments we sell as long as it does not interfere with the integrity of the item; however, any garment requiring more professional care such as dry cleaning will be left to the buyer  
• We use Febreeze and other like fabric sprays so if you have strong allergies or sensitivities, vintage clothing might not be the right choice for you
• While this is a smoke-free and pet-free environment, we cannot guarantee that the item's origination was smoke free but we try to steer clear of items that have obviously been exposed to smoke
• All items are sold as is with no guarantee of a refund unless there has been a major oversight
