1.  All items are sold on a AS-IS basis, no refunds and no returns.

3.  If you have questions or need more pictures please ask BEFORE bidding. If you win, the item is yours As Is.

4.  As is expected on used items, there may be scratches, marks, scuffs, chips etc, etc.

5.  Payment to be initiated within 3 working days from end of auction and can usually be Bank Deposit, Cash, Bank Cheque or Money Order, unless stated.  (Sorry, NO Personal cheques).
6. If payment is posted, please use Registered Mail as loss can occur in the postal system. If loss occurs, it will be entirely your responsibilty and your loss.
7.  If applicable, Item will be posted after full payment received and via Regular Post without insurance. Unless advised otherwise. You are advised to ask for Insurance and/or use Registered Post.
8. If applicable, once I lodge your item for posting at the Post Office or Post Box, I can take no responsibilty for any Loss or Damage to item. It is up to you to request extra insurance.
