it tracks your speed, distance, time, odometer and calories
adjustable seat height
the strap on the pedals (to hold your feet in) also is adjustable for different feet width.
The bike is about 5 years old, unfortunately it is lonely as nobody in our house bothers to use it. So it would like to live in a home where people actually do exercise!
