This is a private auction, therefore no refund, no return policy, no warranty or guarantee.

1.  BIDDING.   Please remember that the onus is on you, the buyer, to read the item description fully, ask all questions and make any special requests before placing your bid.  Please ask ANY questions before bidding, as ALL auctions are final. NO Refunds are offered for clothes that do not fit so ask for measurements BEFORE BIDDING!!! Any questions displayed form part of the item description.

2. CONTACT AND PAYMENT.  Contact is to be made within 48 hours of the auction ending and payment is required within 5 working days. 

Preferred method of payment is Direct Bank Deposit due to high fees with Paypal. I will also accept payments through bank cheque, money order or cash.  DO NOT send personal cheques as I won't accept them.

If paying via bank deposit please ensure that you include your full ebay user name or full ebay reference number.

If you bid on the auction please honour your commitment – selling on eBay is not free. If you have any problems paying on time, please just communicate with me so I know what's going on. I will not hesitate to file NPBAs and negative feedback on eBay for anyone that decides not to pay or communicate in the requested time.

3. POSTAGE AND PICKUP.  Items are shipped within 24 hours of funds being cleared.  Items are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (postcode 4171) through Australia Post (AUSPOST). I use AUSPOST’s Regular Parcel Post, Express Parcel Post or Express Post satchels as appropriate or as otherwise directed by the buyer.  If the item is large then a courier may be necessary.  Pickup of large items can be arranged for local buyers.

Whilst all care is taken, I refuse to be held responsible for lost items or damage caused in transit.  Registered post is strongly recommended so that items can be tracked (AUSPOST provide insurance for up to $100 with Registered Post with the option of purchasing additional insurance).  Registered Post is only $3.00 extra so please consider this option.

Items to be shipped internationally will attract a 10% surcharge on the postage amount.  I use AUSPOST’s postage calculator (which can be found here) to calculate all postage costs. 

Where possible I will include details of the item dimensions and weight for postage purposes in the item description so you undertake you own estimate of postage costs.
