This superb leather fashion jacket, was made in Australia, by WAKIL Leather, who are a member of the Australian Leather & Suede Clothing Association (ALSCA). It has been crafted from beautiful, genuine soft & supple, thick leather, which has been embossed & tooled, to create a croc, or snakeskin-like leather surface. The jacket has been designed & styled in a very Brando/ motorcycle style, but at the same time, retaining a distict fashion styling, which is obviosly retro, and can allude to anything from '60s bikers, to '70s punks, to '80s Industrial post-punk culture, to '90s & '00s para-military fashion chic. 

The leather is very smooth, soft & supple, and has been top dyed a dark chocolate brown, with lots of lines and grooves, cut into the leather, both horizontally and vertically, which give the jacket its embossed texture, which is very croc-like & snake-like, in places. Although the label, and tags, do not state what leather has been used, my guess is that this is most likely either lamb skin or sheep skin. 

This superbly designed & styled leather fashion jacket, is short length, and has a number of press-down button clips, 6 of which are down in the lower third, going from the waist up, and doubled, so there are 2 clips side by side, allowing the left-side to overlap the right. There is a seventh clip at the top, so the jacket can be done up, right up to the collar, or worn with the collar & lapels open. There was a Harley-Davidson pin-badge, attached to the left lapel, which I have left in place (it can easily be removed, if required). In keeping with the military theme, there are some nicely styled epaulets on the shoulders. There are also 2 inset side pockets, and one top pocket on the left, with a flap, that also has a press-down button clip. At the waist, there are a couple of leather tabs, with press-down button clips, which can be adjusted, if you need a tighter, or looser waist. The inner-lining is black polyester, and is in very good condition. The leather of the outer shell is in very good condition, with no significant signs of wear. There is no damage, tears, soiling or odours - to the leather, or lining, of this jacket.  

This jacket is absolutely superb, and has been designed for men, although it can be worn by both men and women. It is in excellent condition, and can be worn casually, to work, and as a fashion jacket, for going out in. It would cost you around $500, or more, to buy a similar new leather jacket, if you are lucky enough to find one. To avoid disappointment, use the Buy It Now option, before someone else does!
