Hello up for auction we have this very rare Italian Weber 40 DFAV carburettor as factory fitted to some Capri V6 , Reliant Scimitar and Ford Zodiac.

This carburettor is in outstanding condition and has been fully rebuilt by a Weber specialist. The cold start choke has been removed for improved flow.

I doubt that you will ever see a finer example of this high peformance model.

I have to re-locate and have had to sell off most of my projects due to a lack of space.

As I no longer have the car this was to be used on I have no further use for it. I paid nearly $800 to purchase this carb and have it rebuilt and it has not been used since.

This carb would be perfect for anyone with an Essex V6. These carbs are also a very popular up-grade for very hot Escort and Cortina engines as well as Holden straight 6 red engines in Torana etc.

As the photos show this carb looks brilliant and the shafts are perfect.

My loss is your gain. A new mounting gasket is included.
