How can I pay for my Purchase?
We accept the following payment methods:

all major credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard etc via PayPal)
direct Bank Deposit in Australia (Citibank Australia) - This is easy, and FREE. Just follow the instructions after you click pay with PayPal
money order (This method can significantly affect delivery times for your items).
(If paying via direct deposit, please use your eBay ID as a reference or we may have difficulty identifying your payment which may cause a delay in receiving your parcel.)
How long do I have to make payment?
We would prefer payment at the time you bid/buy your product, but payment within 7 days is acceptable.
If you are having difficulty paying within this time-frame please contact us for a payment extension.
Will you combine multiple items for postage?
Yes certainly, please contact us with your postcode (or country for international customers) and the items you are interested in and we will advise you of the combined rate.
Purchase 2 or more items at the same time, for a total of $99.00 or more and
POSTAGE IS FREE.
Shipping
How will my item be posted?
We generally use Australia Post's parcel service
for international customers we post via Air Mail
for all purchases totalling AUD$100.00 or more, insurance is compulsory and will be included at checkout. Registered mail will be used in these cases so we can track your purchase on its way to your door.
For overseas transactions, can you please mark the parcel as a "Gift" and declare a lower value?
Do you charge the actual postage cost?
When will my item be posted?
We always sell items we physically have in stock, or are currently available from our suppliers? warehouses so we will always post either the same day payment is ?cleared into our account? or the following business day.
We will notify you by email once your item has been posted.
What does ?cleared into our account? mean?
How long does this take?
How do I avoid this long delay?

Where possible, we are very happy to assist with urgent requests
Please always email us before bidding/buying if you have a special delivery need.
Can I pick my item up?
For items we have in our personal stock pick-up is always available.
We just need you to arrange a mutually acceptable time and place. Where products are shipped directly from our suppliers? warehouses, pick-up is not an option. This will be clearly shown on our listings.

What is your return policy?
We truly want you to love every item you purchase and so we are happy for you to return an unsuitable item for a full REFUND, including original postage, under the following conditions:
Item is significantly not as described.
Item has been damaged during shipping. (We need to have these items returned to us so we can claim from Aus Post). Note insurance info above.
Items of clothing or footwear are unworn and in the same condition they arrived, including original packaging and tags if attached
Please note that for hygiene reasons there is no return on lingerie or intimate items so please choose these carefully!
Who pays for the return postage?
Can we exchange a clothing or footwear item for another item or size?

How do I know which size to purchase when buying clothes or shoes?
We take great care in our listings to include as much sizing information as possible, including size conversions, but please use the eBay question system to get further information before purchasing/bidding if you believe we have been unclear.
We would be VERY happy to provide extra measurements or even further photos if possible.
If there is ANYTHING we do that is not worth 5 stars; please contact us immediately and we'll see what we can do to make you happy.
