CONDITION GUIDE FOR THESE CAR MAGAZINES:
MINT: Should be sitting unsold on the newsagent shelf!! (Note Mint IS Mint- not “mint for age”.)
NEAR MINT: Carefully read once or twice. Possibly very, very minor faults. NO loose pages or tears.
EXCELLENT: In great condition cover still quite glossy,very minor paper ageing inside, evidence of being read, folded back at the spine? maybe a couple of corner creases.
VERY GOOD+: Minor scuffing on the cover, some folded corners, a small tear or three perhaps, pages a bit flat or minor disclourig at edges, possibly a little loose or rusty at staples.
VERY GOOD: Cover dull, quite loose at the staples, centre page could be loose, some corner tears and folds, inside pages aged.
GOOD+: Loose pages and/or cover, but magazine still complete, cover quite dull or torn, some internal damage, writing on pages, or missing a page or two (as noted).
GOOD: Some significant faults or water damage, missing pages, or with tears or folds, and significant writing inside (as noted). A spacefiller for completists.
FAIR: Significant faults and tears or water damage. Perhaps extensive writing inside. Cover and middle pages loose or missing (as noted). POOR: only if you are desperate!!!!
BAD: Into the bin!!!!!
