SHIPPING COST

We do combine purchase (except on vitamins and all health supplements) Guide is as follows:

10gm – 500gm $6.50

If buying multiple items please email us for postage quote we don’t make profit on postage. Instead we shoulder a certain percentage of postage cost for you to save up.

All items are sent via registered post so you don’t need to worry about missing item.

Your Item will be posted within 48hours after receiving cleared payment. If you need your item asap please let us know we can post your item using express post at extra cost.

Please don’t make any assumptions when making purchase always ask if you’re unsure.

Postage cost is non-negotiable please don’t buy if you don’t agree on the terms above.

If making payment using bank deposit please use your ebay user Id for quick identification of your payment.

Payment is required within 7days starting from the day of purchase. If you need more time just let us know.

RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept returns on Vitamins, all health supplements, Icing, all kinds of Icing dyes, fondant and all baking consumables just because you change your mind.

We are very much happy to replace the item if you received the wrong one or item not describe or item is faulty.
