ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TOP, AROUND THE HEMLINE IT HAS A RUFFLE LIKE FEATURE. IT IS AN ABSOLUTELY STUNNING TOP BUT UNFORTUNATELY DIDN'T FIT ME.THE TAG WAS REMOVED WHEN I WASHED IT THE DAY I BOUGHT IT.
