Ebay’s new policy now forces me to make it patently clear that my feedback to you will only be given to buyers following receipt of their feedback on the purchase. This has become necessary for me to protect my reputation from bidders who for whatever reason other than genuine reasons enjoy leaving vindictive or malicious feedback for any bizzare reasons best known to themselves, thus damaging seller’s reputations and ability to trade. 1 - All items from a pet and smoke free home
2 - My postal / packing / handling rates are standardised for the UK i.e. shirts and light tops £ 4.50 jeans and heavier tops £6.50. (I can not go to the post office and get specific charges for every item I sell). I believe these costs are reasonable for handling, post and packing. All items are sent in large jiffy bags and these also cost money as well as travel to and from the post office. I am not a charity, and these charges are “reasonable” in terms of EBay trading policy, and do not include any other element of charge. Please be sure therefore that you are happy with these costs before you bid, as I DO NOT WANT CARPING AFTER THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE, OR POOR FEEDBACK STATING YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE POSTAGE. In other words if there is anything you are not happy with, simply DO NOT BID OK? Is that fair? I think so. I will be happy to provide a full breakdown of my P + P / Handling for any item purchased
3 – My postal rates to the EU not European countries outside the EU are as follows : For light weight tops ( e.g. shirts and T shirts the cost is sterling £ 6.50 and for heavier tops and trousers ( e.g. bomber style jackets and jeans, the cost is sterling £ 8.50). For two and three piece suits, heavy leather tops and top coats, the rate within the UK is £ 8.75. For all suit sales outside the UK, postage rates to be requested. All other countries outside the E.U. and for countries outside the European continent please request a rate for all items
4 – THE ABOVE POSTAGE RATES DO NOT COVER FOOTWEAR. FOOTWEAR RATES ARE: ( and heavy leather bomber style jackets and coats)

5 – All postal rates are based on following day despatch by first class mail
6 – Proof of posting is ALWAYS obtained, and in the event of a shipment not being received a copy will be forwarded to you. Goods are not insured unless specifically requested.
7. Proof of posting contains date of posting reference numbers and destination, however proof of posting IS NOT A RECORDED / INSURED / OR REGISTERED SERVICE. THIS IS NORMAL POST WITH PROOF OF POSTING, AND DOES NOT ENTITLE THE BUYER TO ANY SPECIAL PRIVILEGES OR RIGHTS OF CLAIM. IF A BUYER WOULD LIKE A PARTICULAR POSTAL SERVICE eg SPECIAL DELIVERY / REGISTERED / RECORDED HE/SHE MUST CONTACT ME FOR A QUOTATION
(The British Postal Authority will only offer insurance on glass items sent by special delivery. If insurance is required, please therefore request a quotation for this service. No glass items or items incorporating glass are covered for anything other than loss by normal post.
8 Mantle Clocks: I am selling a number of clocks from both my own any my parent's collection. Most of these clocks are of the striking / chiming type and have an average weight of 4 Kilos. The postal rates quoted for INLAND UK ONLY for the shipment of these clocks is First Class "signed for" service. If required however, and upon your specific request, I can send by alternative means
9 - I do not sell copy or fake goods. I value my reputation far too much!
10 – All goods described as “NEW WITHOUT TAGS” are exactly that. Some, but not all of these items have either been salesman’s samples, or on display dummies, and as a result may have lost their natural creases ( especially in the case of shirts ) Additionally, in EXTREME circumstances the garment will be washed if in any way it has become shop soiled – though this is something I do not like to do. PLEASE – WHEN BIDDING HAVE THIS IN MIND!. YOU EXPECT VERY CHEAP DESIGNER GOODS FOR ROCK BOTTOM PRICES. PLEASE HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION AS TO HOW I CAN MAKE THIS POSSIBLE. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS, THEN YOU HAVE THE ANSWER: DO NOT BID. I WILL NOT ENTERTAIN MOANING FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE BOUGHT GOODS WITHOUT READING AND UNDERSTANDING WHERE I AM COMING FROM HERE
If not satisfied FOR ANY LEGITIMATE REASON NOT COVERED BY THESE TERMS a refund will be given ( less postage ) BUT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF FOR ANY REASON THE BUYER HAS MIS READ OR MIS UNDERSTOOD THE DESCRIPTION
