This cubby was purchased just over 2 years ago from TOYS R US and has been stored outdoors so does have weather wear due to this (fading and discolouring). It needs some TLC (coat of weather proof paint, some sanding of a few chew marks and a new curtain on one window). It's made of wood (light wood) and pick up is from Butler.

The dimensions are approximately 109cm long plus an extra 30cm for the verandah, 137cm from base to the highest point and 107cm wide. would best suit 1-6 year olds :)

I've added a few more photos to show the damaged curtain and the chew marks on the door, verandah and window as item is being sold as is and I would like to be as accurate as possible.
