Floors resplendent in gold and Italian marble, air conditioning, private television and your own professional butler all add to the indulgent pleasure of this splendid train.

The Blue Train is part of 6 titles in the World Class Trains Series. Each programme contains a complete study of the locomotive and rolling stock and its livery, including a brief resume of each locomotive’s history, accompanied by the breathtaking scenery of the journey. Including scenes on the footplate with the driver, a tour of each train by the guard, through the accommodation and facilities on board and a guided look at the scenery and locations en route.

The programmes are recorded with digital cameras to give a “filmic” feel of glorious colour and picture postcard shots, with Dolby Surround Sound.
