Worlds Beyond s the title of a thirteen-part television series which explores the world of the paranormal as it has been revealed in the lives of countless 'ordinary' people across five continents. 

Ian Wilson has written a major book providing the factual background to the stories dramatised in the series which promised to be one of the most unusual and startling ever to be shown on television.

Many of these unexplained events indicate there are worlds beyond the one we live in; non-physical worlds where the rules of Life and Death do not apply; worlds where time and space have different meanings; worlds which we can only occasionally glimpse, as if by accident.  These often frightening and controversial stories are taken from the archives of the Society for Physical  Research, an internationally respected organisation whose purpose is to examine the inexplicable through the experiences of ordinary men and women and which has recently celebrated its centenary.  Exact and careful records have been kept of their investigations into the supernatural, the results of which have never been te subject of a television series before.

This 157 page hardcover is illustrated with black and white photographs.  The dustjacket has some edge and rubbing wear and a crease near flap corner.  Internally there is some browning to page edges due to age, but it is otherwise in a good, tight, clean condition.  An interesting read!
