Warm wool cape cloak SCA Medieval or Renaissance

This new, never worn, extra warm wool cloak is made of an amazingly soft, black wool outer layer with an elegant black satin full length lining. This cloak has amazing flow and swing. The lined hood is over a foot deep and may be worn up to completely cover and shield the face or down and open to display a touch of the lining's luster. It has a very full sweep and measures over 15+ feet around the finished hem so it can easily be worn over armor or a full hoop skirt. The center back length from the neck to the bottom is an extra long 54 inches. The shaped shoulders and single, antiqued silvertone, heraldic motif button closure ensure an all day or all night comfortable fit. This hooded cape would be the perfect thing for any type of historical re-enactment wear from Medieval or Renaissance to Civil War or Victorian. It would give wonderful drama and character to your next LARP or be an excellent covering layer for your Goth outfits. Don't plan on going to the Ren Faires without a warm cloak for the chill mornings and evenings. Because this garment has a wool outer layer, it will help protect the wearer from a morning mist or light shower. I use mine as a spare blanket at SCA events. As you can read in my feedback, the quality of construction in my items would allow this to be worn as everyday outerwear with no problems. I pay attention to the construction details like mitered lower front corners to avoid bulk and seperated lower hems so it won't develop that unfortunate Big Bag look.
