One of the absolute sleepers in the budget archtop world and high finisher in Guitar Players Jazzbox shoot out, the Washburn J-6 Montgomery hollow electric guitar is an exceptional value for someone entering this world or the professional needing a great backup or second instrument.  This popular jazz model uses a rosewood bridge with a Washburn Reso-Tone tailpiece, and a maple body with a spruce top to give it an honest, cool tone.  Add to this the upgrade of two Gibson Classic ’57 pickups, and you get the real deal.  This Washburn Montgomery starts as a single rounded cutway hollow body with an arched spruce top, raised back pickguard, bound body, 2 f-holes sitting on maple back and sides.  The maple neck has 20 fret on a bound rosewood fingerboard with split rectangle abalone inlay, adjustable tune-o-matic bridge with a metal W trapeze tailpiece.  The headstock is bound blackface peghead with abalone diamond with logo inlay featuring 3 per side Grover tuners, gold hardware, 2 humbucker pickups, 2 volume/2 tone controls, 3 position switch.  Vintage sunburst finish

You will receive this used Washburn J-6 Montgomery Guitar well-packed and in excellent condition in a gig bag.  If interested, a hard case can be acquired for an additional cost.  It is in excellent condition with no major dings or marks on the guitar that break the surface or finish.  There is some finish lifting at the neck heel which is pictured.
