We make every effort to ship your items within 24 hours (weekends and public holidays excluded). Sorry, pickup is usually too hard. We live in a remote area and you would need a packed lunch. (We live more than 30 kilometres from McDonalds).

Warranties - 12 months on everything

All our items come with a 12 month warranty. Plus there is our satisfaction guarantee as well. If you have a problem just let us know. Sometimes we may choose to give you your money back or replace the product. We reserve the right to choose which on a case by case basis.

If your item is DOA (Dead on Arrival) then we will replace the item at our expense (including postage) or refund your money (including postage). Either way you will pay nothing more, even if we ask you to return the item to us for a DOA item.

Items returned under warranty are on a back to base basis. This means you pay the freight charges.
