We accept PAYPAL ONLY

Please settle the payment within 3 days after the auction ends. Any unpaid item will be reported to Ebay and re-listed. We will give an unpaid strike to the irresponsible buyer. Please contact us immediately for those mistake biddings.

If payment is initiated by e-cheque, kindly note that the payment clearing time takes upto 10 days (subject to individual case), we will ship the item out immediately upon receiving clearing instruction from paypal.

Shipping

The item will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment / e-cheque. We will send the shipping confirmation to the respective buyer via e-mail (with tracing number if shipping insurance is purchased).

The item will be well packed and shipped from Hong Kong by INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL - PARCEL which takes:

6 - 12 days to UK and Australia;  7 - 14 days to N. America;  14 - 21 days to S. America and Europe

Please note that if the delivery address located in countryside, shipping time will take extra 1 -2 days.

NOTE:  As advised by the Post Office, extra shipping time will be needed due to holiday seasons!!

We ship to worldwide. For China and Italy customers, shipping insurance is required.  If you do not agree to pay the specified shipping and handling cost, please DO NOT bid.

For security purposes, we also provide AIRMAIL - REGISTERED MAIL service upon requested. Additional postage will be charged at USD2.00 to N. and S. America; GBP1.50 to UK and Europe; AUD3.00 to Australia.

We highly recommend the buyers to purchase the shipping insurance for security and tracking purposes, which is optional except China and Italy customers.

We are NOT responsible for the lost and damages incurred during transit if NO shipping insurance is purchased.

Packaging

All purchased items are 100% brand new and unused with original package. They will be well packed with tough envelope and sealed.

Shipping and Handling Cost

Shipping cost stated in the listing includes both shipping cost and handling cost. We do bill the actual shipping cost plus additional handling cost for the each order. If you DO NOT agree with the shipping and handling cost, please DO NOT place the bid.

Return Policy

We are pleased to offer refund or exchange service to our buyers IMMEDIATELY provided that the returned item is received by us at the BUYER'S COST within 7 days.

Defective item: We will ship the replacement item at OUR COST immediately upon receiving the returned goods.  If we found the defective item functions properly, the buyer is required to pay another shipping and handling cost for re-sending the item.  If the buyer requests refund under this circumstances, 25% of the cost will be deducted from the refund being the re-stock fee and the shipping cost will not be refund.

The Customs of each countries has the rights and authority to open ANY parcal for insepction regardless the shipping means, which is out of our control.  We are NOT responsible for any damages incurred during Customs inspection.

Shipping Insurance

We highly recommend the buyers to purchase the shipping insurance for security purposes, which is optional except China and Italy buyers.

Customs Duty and Tax 

All items will be shipped from Hong Kong where does not have any sales tax and export tax. Buyers are responsible for ALL Customs Duty and Tax required by their Customs or Tax Authority.  For tax saving purposes, we will mark as "GIFT" on the declaration upon requested by email.
