Due to the Christmas break, I will only be accepting ‘made to order dresses’ up to and including 15th November 2009. The estimated delivery date will be 12 weeks from the payment date. All new orders for year 2010 will only be process from 2nd January 2010.

About Us: We offer you your dream gown with an affordable price. Your gown will look exactly as the photos posted on eBay as compared to the other gowns sold by other eBay sellers and we offer refund policies on our gowns if they do not meet your expectation (please see our refund policy below). 

About Our Dresses: Brand new. Gowns are not samples and have never been tried on before. We use the best materials to suit specific dress designs. This dress is custom made with up to 5 different colours to choose from.

We will be adding more designs from time to time (please refer back to us in the future for more exciting designs!). Unfortunately at the moment we do not accept any request for custom designs. We will occasionally be able to offer gowns for Auction (when we have available stock), which we will be able to offer immediate dispatch. If our range of dresses/gowns appeals to you, please add us as your favourite supplier.

Order Form:  For custom made gowns, an ‘Order Form’ will be sent via email once full payment has been received.

Size Chart: UK sizes 2-28. If size exceeds UK 28, please contact me for a quote.

Colour: White, Light Ivory, Ivory, Dark Ivory & Champagne

Despatch timescale: For custom made item – Please allow between 8 and 12 weeks.

Postage & Insurance: We offered ‘A’ class postage to deliver to your doorstep. A Parcel Tracking Number will be given once your item has been dispatched. All postage costs including packaging and insurance. We will use airmail for all international delivery. We will refund you the full amount (including postage) for any items that are lost in post.

Return Policy: We would be glad to extend a 14 days return policy to all serious buyers upon receipt of the gown at your location.  You will need to email us within 7 days upon receipt of the gown if it has not been received in a satisfactory condition.  Any unsatisfactory gowns (include free gifts) will need to be shipped back to us with an insured courier services company and to reach us within 14 days in the same condition as it was sent.  Once we have received the gown, we will make the necessary inspection to ensure that the gown is in its original state and, if in the same condition as the gown was sent to you, we will make the necessary refund (price of the gown only). The delivery costs will not be refunded.  If we do not hear from you within the first 7 days upon your receipt of the gown, we consider that the gown has been received satisfactory and no returns/refunds would be accepted.  A £50 administration fee will be charged for every single refundable item. International Buyer: Import duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost.
