A: the weights are plastic coated and there is 6 weights with a smaller weight on the top of them. Im not sure of their exact weight. The gym is located in cromer on the northern beaches and yes the gym can be disassembled... Continue reading

A: the gym is about a year old and has 6 weights aswell as a smaller weight on top, so 7 in total
