This is a brand new product on the market and such a great idea for those of us who struggle with tracking everyday.

You clip the tracker onto your belt/keys/handbag - whatever works for you- and then whenever you eat something you simply slide the side button to unlock, push the clicker once for each half point and watch as your daily total is recorded for you. When you have finished you just slide side button back into lock position until the next time you eat.

This is such a great idea and so simple to use yet such a big help each day. It is easy to clear off the total at the end of the day ready to start a fresh again.
