This geat cookbook is in great condtion!  It looks like it has not been used!  It is clean and from smoke free home. It measures 9 x 6 1/2 x 1/4 inches.  223 pages full of great recipes that will help you have success with your weight loss program.  It has Flex Points and low point values.
