These are the books I used to lose 18kg with Weight Watchers. They include the core plan as well as the traditional points plan. Please note they are in used condition so some have been written in. Please refer to the pictures as part of the item description. Included is:


- Set of weekly books 1-9, missing book seven. Book 7 was towards the end of the book series so is a less important book. You can still follow the program without it.
- Quick & Easy Start To Success booklet - complete menu plan for the first week plus other resources.
- SuperStart guides - menu plans for the first three weeks.
- Plateau Buster book.
- Supermarket guide - points guide to most supermarket items.
- My Journal - Journal for tracking points. The No Count/Core Plan tracker pages have been used but almost none of the Points plan pages have been used.
- Points finder for food and exercise.
- Healthy Eating Guidelines wheel.
- All my weekly leaflets collected while I was attending meeting - there are a lot, please see picture. Some of these have been written in.


Postage is $9 as once they're all collected together the package is actually quite heavy! I'm very happy for you to pick up from Noble Park, Ferntree Gully, St Kilda, or a few other places since I travel around Melbourne for my work.
