These are Weight Watchers books and leaflets from around two years ago. To the best of my knowledge the four main books on auction here are the whole of the program (I think these days they split the same content into more books, which is why the other auction I have going has more books). They include the core plan as well as the traditional points plan. Please note they are in used condition. Please refer to the pictures as part of the item description. Included is:


- FOOD AND EXERCISE POINTS FINDER - a highly valuable little tool
- Set of weekly books 1-4 (as mentioned above, this appears to be the whole program as it existed a few years ago and to the best of my knowledge it is not missing any books - all the info is there, just combined in fewer books than they issued in later years).
- Quick & Easy Start To Success booklet - complete menu plan for the first week plus other resources.
- Healthy Eating Guidelines wheel.
- All my weekly leaflets collected while I was attending the meetings - please see picture to see how many. Some of these have been written in.


Postage is $6 as once they're all collected together the package is actually quite heavy! I'm very happy for you to pick up from Noble Park, Ferntree Gully, St Kilda, or a few other places since I travel around Melbourne for my work.
