 Q: I am interested in these, but just to clarify, 16kg total means they are 8kg each?
A: Hi on one handle, there are 2 big weights that weigh 2.5 and 2 small weights at 1.5 so yes 8kg on each handle, but you can go lighter than this for example just have the 2 big weights at 2.5 on a handle making it 5kg :D
