This is a Welch Allyn Wall Mount Oto Optholmoscope Transformer Ü Heads which came out of a commercial estate and it is in good looking and in good working condition. It is model 74700 with 120 volts, 60 Hz and 12 amps with an output of 3.5 volts and 7 amps. This is a wall mount model and both lights vary in intensity. It measures 3-1/4''x4''x11'' and weighs 6 pounds.
