This great early carved bird was collected in Eastern Arnhemland in the 1970's. It is just maticulously carved all over. I will let the pictures do the talking. It measures 46cm in height. It is in good condition with one break to the beak which has been well glued back on. This does not destract however, it is a wonderful carving.
