This product comes with a Full 1 Year Warranty. The warranty is a return to base warranty, which means that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. Elite Saddle Company will then return the repaired item to you with return shipping charges prepaid.
Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item or refund will be sent.
