Up for sale is a Westinghouse 1100 Saf-T-Brace Ceiling Fan Support Brace. The Ceiling Fan Brace is new in damaged box.


Features:

    * Ceiling fan mounting support box; features dual mounting capabilities
    * Used for new construction or remodel work; fits 16-24 inch ceiling joists
    * Maximum load rating for ceiling fans up to 70 pounds and for ceiling fixtures up to 150 pounds
    * Fits all ceiling fans including Westinghouse, Hunter Originals, and Westinghouse Instaloc
    * Includes mounting hardware and instructions

This Westinghouse ceiling fan mounting support box allows you to safely install a ceiling fan without going into the attic. use for new construction work or a remodel, the mount provides a steady support system that attachs to existing ceiling joists of 16-24 inches. Adjusting size is a snap with a patented design that allows for fast fingertip expansion and positive attachment to joists.

The brace includes a heavy duty box with a capacity of 15-1/2 inches and all necessary mounting hardware to get the job done right the first time. Safely supports ceiling fans as heavy as 70 pounds and ceiling fixtures up to 150 pounds. The brace is UL listed and meets or exceeds all relevant NEC safety codes--Jeffrey Dalto
