This was a gift from a family member as she knows I have an interest in photography. Unfortunately, I like to take pictures, not collect vintage/antique items and I would love to see it go to a serious admirer of ALL thing photographic.  

This is a Weston Master II Universal Exposure (Light) Meter and the details on the back of the item are as follows -

Model Number - S141/735.

Patent Number - 531996.

No. - N7010.

Made by Sangamo Weston Ltd. Enfield, Middlesex, England.

I do not know much about these things, but I do know it no longers works the way it is supposed to, but is apparently repairable. So, should you become a bidder and subsequently the auction winner, you will be buying the product as is and with no real expert opinion on the subject. It does however appear to be in excellent conditon for something which is estimated to be about fifty - sixty years old and comes in the original casing (I believe it is made from leather).
