Q. When is my payment due?
A. We request that your payment arrive no later seven days from the close of the auction or Buy It Now.
Q. How do I pay for an item I have purchased from Alfaroo Trading Company?
A. After the auction ends or after you complete a Buy It Now transaction you will receive an e-mail notification that you are the winning bidder or purchaser. If you have a PayPal account you don't have to wait for the email, just click the Pay Now button at the top of the auction listing.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in Nevada. Currently, we collect 7.725% of the final auction price.
Q. I want to purchase a few items from you during the same timeframe. Can you ship them together?
A. Yes, whenever possible we will combine shipping to help you save money on the costs. There are some items that are too heavy when packed together and shipping individually will cost less. If you want to know how much combined shipping will be, contact us with your zip code and the items you are considering purchasing and we will give you the shipping cost.
Q. Are all of the items you sell new?
A. No, not everything we sell is new. Some items are factory refurbished, surplus, used or demos. Please read the item description for the condition of the item.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, most items. Please see shipping description. |
Q. How long will it take for my item to reach me?
A. We ship your purchase within one to two business days after your payment has been received. Standard shipping typically takes between 2 to 10 days to arrive.
Q. I received my product damaged. What do I do?
A. We professionally package our products to ensure that they reach you in the best condition. If your product is damaged, please save all packaging and email us. We will respond to your claim within 24 hours to resolve the matter, holidays and weekends excluded.
Q. Can I have a package sent to another address other than my own?
A. Due to the high existence of credit card fraud, we will only ship the item to the confirmed PayPal shipping address.
